    Label:

Basic, not much to look at unless you look closely. You may skim over it at the shops unless youre reading.

    Looks:

Hard red with no visible bits. Its quite thick, like most hot sauces in glass bottle, but mixes nice.

    Aroma:

Pepper and garlic evenly. Almost sweet.

    Taste:

Immediately a pickled chilli taste followed by solid garlic. Broad and fragrant. Quite nice.

    Heat:

Punchy, but not overwhelming. Nice alone, handled well, but in food, its the bold flavour that takes centre stage. Plenty to like about it.

    Overall:

Surprisingly nice sauce. Good garlic presence and great pickled chilli flavour. If you like those kinds of flavours and the texture of thicker sauces, this is for you.

    Label:

Pretty colors, eye catching. I do not Know what the ducks are for assume that may be what the words mean but I like.

    Looks:

smooth texture, I appreciate that there is not seeds or any lumps in this. I have used on homemade tacos with great results

    Aroma:

NIce. Not too pungent. Does not burn "the hair out of your nose" still smell the peppers

    Taste:

marvelous. The blend is such that you do not taste anything outstanding. Makes for a wonderful addition to anything that I want to add heat.

    Heat:

Not so hot that you do not appreciate the flavor with the heat.

    Overall:

I first tasted this at my nephews house and absolutely loved it. They had an extra bottle and gave it too me. The taste is wonderful. This sauce is put on just about everything I eat and that is not something I have done in the past. Enjoy and do not plan to be without a bottle at all times.

    Label:

Highly stylised graphics; minimal, effective use of colour. Gold accents on the label give the impression of high quality. Logo or image of ducks; image of chilli and garlic, the main flavours of the sauce.

    Looks:

A rich tomato red. It has a smooth yet thick consistency, which pours from the bottle after a few taps.

    Aroma:

A faint vinegar and chilli smell.

    Taste:

A strong smokey tang, followed by a strong hit of chilli lingering at the back of the mouth and beneath the tongue. The overall flavour is intense and complex; there are many flavours at play, however one doesn't overpower another.

    Heat:

The heat is not overpowering yet still packs a punch, leaving a nice spicy glow.

    Overall:

This is a sauce with many pungent flavours, each complementing the other. The general flavour is rich, complex and packs a fair bit of spice. Due to this complexity I would use it more as a garnishing sauce rather than in cooking, to ensure the subtle flavours don't become lost.
