    Label:

Clear, consistent, easy to read font. Neat chef and pepper characters on the front; run, pepper, run! Ingredients list is easy to understand, unlike some other mystery ingredient products.

    Looks:

Red-orange in color. Pours smooth and slowly moves across the plate. Definitely thicker than your standard hot sauce but not a paste by any stretch of the imagination. I really like the fact you can see actual ingredients in this sauce - it's not a single colored-watered-down-wing sauce.

    Aroma:

Woah, what a nose! Not overly aggressive but I expect some heat with this one. I smell a variety of flavors, not just sharp heat. I get a little pepper spice along with some garlic and vinegar. Overall the aroma is well balanced. At this point I'm salivating.

    Taste:

After the first taste I can tell there is more to this sauce than meets the eye (or tongue for that matter) - I notice the cayenne and garlic and there's a definite savory finish. The sauce alone has moderate spiciness but it's not all heat. I smothered some grilled chicken in the sauce - works really well with the smokiness from the grill. I dunked my cheeseburger in the leftover sauce - gave it a noticeable kick and pleasantly melded with the ketchup and mustard already on the burger.

    Heat:

I'm a big fan of big heat. This sauce brings enough heat for normal spice lovers to enjoy their food without causing trouble. Personally, I could go for more heat but I think it is right on for everyday use. I could see giving this sauce a permanent spot - not too hot for most occasions.

    Overall:

I'm a big fan of red-hot buffalo style chicken wing sauce and was expecting something similar from this sauce. My expectations were blown away! Instead of the bland spice and short lived experience of typical hot sauce, Booey's backs up the heat with plenty of flavor. This is the kind of sauce you can keep enjoying with your meal instead of having a quick taste that ruins your palate. My first tastes of Booey's Gourmet sauce was at a backyard barbecue. I had a couple friends over and had been meaning to try the sauce for some time - decided this was the day. We decided we should try it on everything. Potato salad, burgers, chicken, chips. I can honestly say everything we coated in this sauce worked, even the potato salad. Overall, this sauce gets an A+ in my book.

    Label:

My first thoughts upon seeing the grinning chef with a large knife chasing a tasty pepper which adorns every bottle of Booey's gourmet can be best described as anticipation with a smidgen of fear and a large dash of excitement. Definitely a sauce I associate with fun times and delicious foods and the bright colors and popping text definitely match the contents of the bottle as well as the personality of the creator.

    Looks:

This sauce has a bright orange/red hue reminiscent of the peppers which go into it. Neither the thickest nor thinnest of sauces it readily doubles as a dipping sauce or a marinade. The pieces of pepper and other ingredients are large enough to see and taste yet not so large as to prevent one from guzzling an entire bottle in a short period of time.

    Aroma:

The first and most striking smell of Booey's is the vinegar base. As a compliment to that smell the cayenne and onion bite the nostrils enticing the opener to hurriedly find some way to imbibe the amazing flavors.

    Taste:

They Cheyenne is the most prominent flavor in my tasting of Booey's gourmet. However, this sauce is not dominated by the heat of this pepper but complimented by the onion, garlic, vinegar and other spices. It is a flavorful sauce that effectively compliments the heat with full bodied flavor. An amazing dipping sauce for pork or topping for chicken-or whatever your favorite meat may be.

    Heat:

Booey's gourmet combines heat quite well with delicious flavor. I tend to shy away from hot sauces as I don't typically enjoy having my sinuses burned away but Booey's does an amazing job of combining heat with flavor. Fresh, this sauce has a delicious kick, and cooked into a meal imparts an amazing flavor. It lasts on the lips as a slow burn, while not destroying the taste buds with insane hellfires.

    Overall:

I first tried Booey's gourmet in college as a marinade for chicken strips. Since then, I buy a case or two every chance I get and share it with everyone I know. This sauce is delicious and versatile. I have enjoyed it on nachos, chicken, and pork and will continue to experiment with new recipes. Booey's Gourmet is a must try for everyone from the hot sauce aficionado to the home chef extraordinaire. If you get the chance to put one of these bottles in your pantry, don't pass it up.

It has a mild to medium that adds to the inherent flavors, with a slight but tasty burn

Good color, coated the chicken well...no complaints.

    Aroma:

It smells just how it tastes. Delicious.

    Taste:

I has a very rich flavor, almost buttery with a just enough heat and vinegar that makes it very well balanced.

    Heat:

This sauce is mild enough that I could serve it at a party and not have to warn guest...BUT it has enough of a kick and flavor that my spicy friends would still enjoy it. Has a nice subtle after burn.

    Overall:

This is a GREAT sauce for chicken wings. So many wing sauces I have used in the past are too sweet, too sour, too hot or just plain bad. Booey's is JUST right.

I seen Booye's sauce on the shelf and the picture of this guy just jumped out at me. I told my wife why not. HOLY MOLY am I glad i did. Best hot sauce EVER. Ive been putting this on everything. Everyday at work I have a bowl of soup and I always put some Booye sauce in it. Pizza is the same , cannot eat a piece without Booye sauce. And one of my favorite things to do is dipping my veggies with Booye sauce. Ive tried many hot sauces over the years and this is by far the best on the market. The taste is so good with the heat just right. Thank God I found Booye sauce.

    Looks:

A tad bit more texture than most hot sauces. You can see the spices floating in a river of flavor

    Aroma:

Smells like it is going to be an adventure! Actually makes my mouth water.

    Taste:

This is by far a superior hot sauce. I hesitate to even call it hot sauce because I don't want people thinking it is like other hot sauces. Far from it. Truly the best I have found. We use it for so many things. Which reminds me, I just ran out!

    Heat:

It has kick - but there is so much flavor to go along with it. Unlike some sauces - it does not smack you in the face with heat and stop. Oh no, it is a full service treat for your tastebuds.

    Overall:

Again, our very favorite hot sauce. Try it mixed with ranch on a salad. Caliente!

    Label:

A quirky and colorful design helps this bottle stand out. Bold colors, and a playful character allow you to infer a lot about the product and the people who make it.

    Looks:

A healthy hue and a middling consistency allows for a satisfying application to any dish. The texture is smooth (no chunks), which makes an even distribution over an entree simple. Would appreciate a more pulpy version myself.

    Aroma:

This is made with great stuff, you can tell by the smell. Not overwhelming, but definitely makes itself known.

    Taste:

The sauce's blend of tangy tart just-the-right-amount-of- red-hot. Smooth goodness sprinkled with crispy red chili flakes. This lands perfectly between a sauce that flavors a dish WHILE still providing a pretty wicked kick.

    Heat:

This sauce is a wonderful level of heat for me, but culinary masochists may be a little underwhelmed. The tagline says its aim is the perfect blend between flavor and heat, and in that regard I think they do exceedingly well.

    Overall:

This plucky sauce hits all the right notes. Branding is fun and welcoming, the aims of mitigating heat and full flavor is appreciated and the sauce itself lends itself to many dishes. I think I first experienced it in a Bloody Mary, which was awesome. Definitely a must try.

Cayenne and garlic! This sauce would complement what it's put on, not overpower it. The texture is smooth - not watery or grainy.

    Heat:

Hot enough to satisfy those that want heat, but won't kill a weak person.

    Overall:

This is a delicious sauce that works well in any dish where some added heat is needed. I've used it on BBQ steak and chicken, pizza, baked potatoes, a dipping sauce, even mixed with ranch for a salad dressing.

It is runny enough so you dont have to wait and eternity for the sauce to trickle out but thick enough to baste on your favorite wings...or whatever else you may desire.

    Aroma:

Making me hungry thinking about it.

    Taste:

It is an absolute necessity if you are ..eating eggs, either egg sandwhich, scrambled, harboiled, eggs benedict (recommend). Chicken. I make a booeys chicken, blue cheese salad that is killer!!

    Heat:

Im rating this a 3 only because it is not hot to my palet. As much as I love hot and spicy, this is a nice compliment to any food. You can eat tons of it without the worry of ulcers.

It is honestly my most used sauce in my refridgerator, and I have alot of them. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

    Aroma:

Makes my stomach growl when I smell it. Something good it coming.

    Taste:

The blend of flavors is such that you taste the 'combination' as opposed to one ingredient overpowering the rest.

    Heat:

This sauce has a bite, but it won't burn your tounge off! I want a sauce to have heat but many of them lose out by being too hot leaving me looking for water. Not this sauce, I get heat, but more important, I get flavor.

    Overall:

I put this sauce on chicken and especially on scrambled or baked eggs. When I make egg bake I also look forward to the next morning when I eat the baked eggs cold..... The only heat being from the Booey's Sause. By the way, this also works very well on 'morning after' pizza. You might also try brushing this sauce on chicken while cooking on the BBQ. Really works well for that. I made some meatballs as someone suggested and used the sauce for them....they were great. I liked it quite well, you will too.

    Heat:

There's a nice instant hit of heat that perks your mouth up but it isn't so much that it over powers the food. It leaves a lovely after flavor and you craving more.

I am extremely particular and very hard to please when it comes to sauces. I am not exaggerating one bit when I say this sauce is the most versatile out there, from grilling chicken or prawns to veggie dip...that's right, raw veggies dipped in this amazing sauce makes eating healthy so much easier! Looks:

Good consistency, has a little thickness but is runny at the same time. Just looking at it you can see all the ingredients in the bottle that make it so unique.

    Aroma:

Smells great, smelling it makes me hungry.

    Taste:

This sauce is all about the flavor. It has hints of traditional hot wing sauces but jumps well ahead of the pack with much more complicated than just tasting like pepper. Can't put my finger on it (it has a pretty decent sized ingredient list on the bottle) but the taste is unique and is the reason I prefer this sauce over others.

    Heat:

Its warm but not too hot. I feel like the company that makes it went more for the over all flavor than going for something that will burn. Not good for someone that doesn't like heat but if you can handle moderate heat this sauce will go over well.

    Overall:

I cant eat chicken or pizza without this sauce anymore. After my friends and family tried it i had to go buy backup bottles so that i didn't run out due to them stealing it from me. I would honestly recommend this sauce to anyone that wants a little more from their sauce than just heat. Truly a gourmet wing sauce worth trying.
